1. How much is it to ship this item to Canada/International/USA?
Please review the information listed on the product(s) screen where our item(s) are being sold. After submitting your item selection(s) the price for shipping and handling will be displayed on our PayPal payment page.
2. Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
3. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal as our method of payment.
4. I have a problem with my purchase, what can I do?
Please contact us with a description of the problem within 3 days of receipt. Please include the item number in the email and indicate if a return needs to be made.
5. Did you ship my item yet?
Please do not email us after you have paid asking whether the item has been shipped yet. If you have paid, your item will be sent out within 10 business days.
6. When will my item arrive?
Shipping times do vary depending on postal traffic and other uncontrollable factors (i.e. package inspection, holidays etc.) All items usually arrive within 7-14 business days after items have been shipped. Usually packages are quick to arrive as you can see from our feedback, but once in a while, there may be delays so please be patient.
Please contact us if your package has not arrived within 14 business days.
7. I still didn’t receive my item yet, can you help me?
If after 14 business days the item still has not arrived, please contact us so we can further assist you. Please include the item number in the email.
8. Did you receive my payment?
Please do not send us emails asking whether we received your payment through PayPal. You can verify if the transaction went through by checking your account. If we have not received your payment, we will let you know.
9. Will I get charged TAXES for this item?
Any items purchased from individuals residing outside of Canada will NOT be taxed.
Tax (For Canadian Residents ONLY):
- HST tax of 13% is due for items shipped or picked up within Ontario.

10. Will I get charged DUTIES for this item?
To our knowledge there have been no complaints from any of our customers about being charged for duty fees. However, in the event there are any charges related to duty, tax and/or brokerage fees, they are to be paid by the buyer.
We know there is nothing more annoying than receiving the item, and then having to pay extra fees for something we have already paid for. We do our best to help our buyers, so they do not have to pay unexpected fees.
11. Will you mark the item as gift?
Yes, we mark all our items as gifts.

• We ship worldwide. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. We keep all postal receipts and customs forms as proof of shipment.
• Upon receipt of payment, items are usually shipped within 10 business days. Exceptions are on holidays and weekends when the post office is closed.
• The default shipping method is Canada Post.
• If you purchase more then one item, we will gladly combine your items to save on shipping costs.
• We accept PayPal as our method of payment.
• Our products come with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:
Products may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 Days of the Purchase/Shipping Date, provided they are in original condition and include all of the original accessories and packaging.
• If you are not completely satisfied with our product, we will gladly refund your payment less $15.00 re-stocking charge for undamaged goods.
• We try and do our best to describe all aspects of the item professionally and as accurately as possible.
• Customers are responsible for all costs incurred on shipping warranty item(s) to Music Lab. Music Lab will cover shipping cost on replacement or repaired item(s) shipping back to the customer.
